Started his career as a Lettings negotiator in 2002. Simon has a Bsc (Hons) Property studies degree from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). Simon has wide experience selling properties from £50,000 to £1,000,000 plus and has also completed the Guild of Property Professionals enhanced training scheme in Sales and Lettings. Simon joined Norman F Browns in August 2017 and has since led the team to multiple customer service awards. Simon has also played rugby at National League level for Harrogate RUFC and is a family man with two young children.
